History
The Housing Authority of the City of Spencer was founded in 1965 and has been continuously committed to providing safe, decent and affordable housing to low-income persons and families. With over 100 public housing units, consisting of 69 elder/disabled units and 40 family housing units, there’s a place for everyone.
