Next steps

• Thank you for completing your online application.

• You will also need to print the following forms, complete them, and return them to us along with the list of documents below. If you do not have access to a printer, you may request hard copies of these forms in our office.

  • Supplemental application pages (Authorization for the Release of Information/Privacy Act Notice and Supplement to Application)

  • Landlord consent form — please print and complete the top portion of the page. We will then forward the form to your previous landlord.

• You will need to provide the following items for your application to be complete:

  • Proof of income for all residents

  • Divorce papers, if currently married and your partner is not on the application

  • Copies of social security cards for all residents

  • Copies of birth certificates for all residents

  • The landlord consent form (linked above) and the completed, supplemental application pages (linked above)

  • Legal verification you are not receiving child support payments

Once you have completed your online application and provided the additional forms and information above in step two, your application will be completed and we will begin processing.

If approved, you will be placed on a waiting list for the unit you were approved for. To check on the status of an existing application, please contact us.
